When you contact Daily Data’s technical support team, your questions will be answered by a real human being who speaks your language. Our remote access solutions even make it possible for us to see exactly what your computer is doing, speeding up the process of finding the source of your problem so you get the right solution to the problem the first time you call.

Our technicians are trained in the most common web browsers, mail readers, office suites, and many other programs for these major operating systems, so we can get you back up and running before you know it.   

Under 5 Minutes and It’s Free

Having trouble setting up your email or formatting a document? If your question or problem can be solved in less than 5 minutes, we won’t charge you for it.  For problems that are more involved, our rates begin at $20 for every 15 minutes.  Most problems can be solved in 15 minutes or less.

The goal of the Daily Data help desk is simple: we want you to be so impressed with the service you receive that you’re willing to come back to us the next time you need help.  We know how much work is involved in running a business.  That’s why we only hire the best technicians, so you can get the information you need as quickly as possible and get back to doing what you do best – running your business!

On Site Technicians Available

 When the problem can’t be solved by phone or email, we also offer on-site technicians beginning at $80 per hour plus parts with a one hour minimum anywhere in Dallas County, a 2 hour minimum for surrounding counties. No trip fee for Dallas and surrounding counties.

Better with a Maintenance Contract

While our help desk is available on an as-needed basis, you get it for free when you purchase our maintenance contract. Plus, with the maintenance contract, you also a 10% discount off any labor in the event that parts need to be installed or replaced, a guaranteed 1-hour response time during work hours and 4-hour response time on nights and weekends, and a free loaner computer should your machine needs to be replaced so you can keep working and your business can keep going.  It’s an incredible bargain, starting at just $25 per month.
