Cait has worked for Daily Data longer than anyone other than co-founder Rod. As such, Cait’s knowledge spans the breadth of our service offerings, though she specializes in our Help Desk functions. Cait can often troubleshoot and solve issues on your Windows or Linux workstations or servers via remote connections or even through phone conversations.
Cait also manages our web and e-mail service offerings. Her recent promotion to systems administrator means she is less often on the phones and more often behind the scenes, but her experience is still in service to the clients of Daily Data.
